My client is a leading IT Solutions and Services Provider with over £1bil turnover. The business has always been at the leading edge of technology and is known in the channel for being market leaders in both current and emerging technologies. Importantly, they are also known for having superb internal culture and have some of the best training programmes for their staff.
Technologies:
- Microsoft stack – Server, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V etc
- VMware – knowledge, don’t need an expert
- Networking – knowledge, don’t need an expert
Your Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure hardware and software
- Install, upgrade and migrate server, network, storage and desktop environments
- Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software
- Ensure ongoing performance and supportability
- Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures
- Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs
