This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial/technical and have the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities
- R&D of new Azure products and Services
- Participate in private and public previews
- Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products on internal services before moving externally with customers
- Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to shape forward movements of technical roadmap
- Ensure you’re keep on top of 'end of life' products and communicating changes coming across business
- Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
- Produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures
- Implement processes and templates ensuring they are available across internal teams for customer use
- Work closely with the Product Team, Presales, Pro and Managed Services
- Create blueprints for customer delivery ensuring they’re scalable and repeatable
- Identify opportunities for automation and work with teams to implement
- Support work involved with vendor management and partner accreditations
