Overview: Presales Consultant - Broad Cloud and IT Infrastructure - leading with Microsoft 365 + Azure and surrounding technologies. Hybrid - Home (2 days) / Surrey Office or Client Site (3 days).

Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Work with sales to identify, understand, and document customer needs and pain points.
- Solution Design: Develop and tailor technical solutions from the company's offerings to meet specific client requirements.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and presentations to prospects.
- Proposal Support: Provide technical expertise for RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documentation.
- Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with technical knowledge, market insights, and strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a technical point of contact, building relationships and guiding clients through the evaluation phase.
- Product Feedback: Relay customer feedback and market insights to product development and technical teams.
- Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of the client and project details to the delivery/implementation team after a sale.
