A massive opportunity to support a portfolio of subscription-based clients across Microsoft 365 and Cisco services. You’ll help ensure each client receives consistent communication, reporting, and visible value.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as day-to-day contact for your assigned clients
- Run quarterly check-ins and renewal reviews
- Share usage tips (Microsoft 365, Cisco)
- Create and send service reports (usage, uptime, cases)
- Track contracts, licences, and expiries
- Escalate issues and keep CRM/tools updated
- Spot upsell/support opportunities
- 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing or support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Cisco
- Comfortable using reporting tools like Excel or Power BI
- Keen to learn, grow, and build product knowledge
