You’ll help ensure each client receives consistent communication, reporting, and visible value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as day-to-day contact for your assigned clients
  • Run quarterly check-ins and renewal reviews
  • Share usage tips (Microsoft 365, Cisco)
  • Create and send service reports (usage, uptime, cases)
  • Track contracts, licences, and expiries
  • Escalate issues and keep CRM/tools updated
  • Spot upsell/support opportunities
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a client-facing or support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Cisco
  • Comfortable using reporting tools like Excel or Power BI
  • Keen to learn, grow, and build product knowledge
