Customer is based just north of London; occasional office visits will be required.
Responsibilities:
- NO PRESALES IN ROLE – ALL POST SALES – BUT NOT PROJECT WORK FOCUSED. MORE OF A STRATEGIC ROLE
- Work closely with Pro and Managed Services teams – build technology stack
- Understand broad range of technologies and make processes repeatable and scalable
- Lead and mentor teams from a technical perspective (no people management)
- Production and verification of secure and complex solutions
- Project Implementation and continued customer consultation
- Drive the documentation and adoption of agreed standards within deployments.
- Understand the commercial impact of the proposed solutions and assist customers and sales teams in choosing the correct solution to meet budget and expectations.
- Assist with technical guidance on a variety of products and solutions across a range of customer sizes and types and evangelise the team's capabilities.
- Act as a trusted adviser to customers through building knowledge of their environments.
- Driving and evangelising services capabilities to customer base.
