This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial/technical and have the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities

  • R&D of new Modern Work products and Services
  • Participate in private and public previews
  • Ensure internal teams are 'customer zero' - testing and authenticating new products on internal services before moving externally with customers
  • Collate feedback from cross-functional teams to shape forward movements of technical roadmap
  • Ensure you're keep on top of 'end of life' products and communicating changes coming across business
  • Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
  • Produce high-quality documentation to standardise solution architectures
  • Implement processes and templates ensuring they are available across internal teams for customer use
  • Work closely with the Product Team, Presales, Pro and Managed Services
  • Create blueprints for customer delivery ensuring they're scalable and repeatable
  • Identify opportunities for automation and work with teams to implement
  • Support work involved with vendor management and partner accreditations
