Infra View is partnering with a leading UK technology solutions provider looking for a Cloud Marketplace & Operations Manager to lead two established specialist teams and help shape the strategic direction and continued evolution of its public cloud marketplace offering.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Cloud, Operations, Commercial, Procurement and Digital Transformation.
The Role You'll lead two specialist functions covering Cloud Procurement and Marketplace Cloud Enablement, with responsibility for developing the teams, improving operational performance and scaling the organisation's cloud marketplace capability.
You'll be responsible for: * Leading, coaching and developing managers and established specialist teams * Creating a high-performance, accountable and collaborative culture * Owning and evolving the Cloud Marketplace strategy * Driving automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement * Overseeing cloud procurement, licensing alignment and customer onboarding * Developing simple, scalable and digitally enabled cloud customer journeys * Managing operational risk, governance and compliance * Building strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS and Google * Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Billing, Risk, Legal and Vendor Alliances * Delivering commercial insights and performance reporting to senior leadership * Leading cross-functional transformation initiatives * Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive commercial growth What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
