Field Service Engineer Cisco, Cat5, Cat6, Sophos, Draytek Berkshire - £35,000 - £40,000
Working with a growing Solutions Provider who need a Networking Field Service Engineer to service a wide range of different clients. My client provides Network Hardware to the retail sector and will prep all the stores for operation. You will need knowledge of Routing and Switching and cabling. You will need to run the cabling, build the floor sockets, install APs and configure Routers.
You will be provided with a van to visit sites and when not on the road you will be in the office configuring Routers and planning the next job. You may on occasion go and complete a survey to see how ling a job will take.
Key skills:
- Cisco - Routing & switching
- Installation, testing and troubleshooting of Cat5 and Cat 6 cabling
- Installation, testing and troubleshooting of fiber
- Installation of conferencing systems
- Installation of POS
- Experience with Meraki/Draytek/Sophos Firewalls
