We're looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting business-critical platforms where reliability, security and service quality are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you'll work across both business-as-usual support and project delivery, helping to ensure platforms remain stable, resilient and fit for purpose.

You'll take ownership of incidents, proactively monitor system health and act as a key point of contact for Elastic-related services.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll have the opportunity to share knowledge, develop your technical expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of services while operating within established ITIL-based service management processes.

Key Responsibilities Investigate, triage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
