3rd Line Networking Engineer – Cisco Meraki/Sophos/Draytek – MSP Projects + BAU – Maidenhead – £40k – £55k

We're working with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Maidenhead, who are investing heavily into their tech team and growing massively. They're currently looking for a 3rd Line Networking Engineer to get stuck into a variety of client projects and support work.
If you're someone with solid networking experience, that has had experience cracking on with networking, 365 migrations, Router/Firewall upgrades and customer environments, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering networking-focused projects – Routers, APs, Switches
- Hands on with: Cisco Meraki, Sophos, Draytek, Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba,
- Assisting in projects around M365, SharePoint, Firewall upgrades, VM migrations
- Supporting high-level BAU escalations
- Gathering requirements, creating scopes of work, risk analysis & project sign-off
- Working on customer sites where needed (local break-fix, migrations, installs)
- Liaising with presales on project planning
What we're looking for:
- MSP background
- Strong networking experience – installations, migrations, troubleshooting
- Good working knowledge of Routers, Switches and wireless kit
- Confident in client-facing delivery – including break fix, project rollouts and scoping
- Based within commuting distance to Maidenhead
These guys are a genuinely caring massively growing MSP and this is a rare high potential role – You'll work closely with the Projects and Engineering team, taking ownership of scopes, contributing to delivery, and acting asthe senior point of escalation for networking issues. You'll also support on break-fix, and collaborate with presales to map out and deliver project phases.
