You’re an experienced contract recruiter and love recruitment. You have previously billed £150-£300k+ but want to get into an environment where consultants can double these numbers. You have a growth attitude, are resilient, and believe data can help drive performance.

You want to join a business where in 12-18 months’ time you’ll be in a leadership position and grow into a future Director.
