You will be joining a leading networking security solutions provider as a Senior Network Design & Implementation Engineer or as a Network Project Engineer. You will design, implement and support network infrastructure, including edge and core switching technologies, telecommunications routers, enterprise wireless solutions, Unified Communications, and WANs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and implement networking architecture projects, working on multiple customer projects across Cisco LAN & Wireless Enterprise technologies, including Juniper and Aruba.
  • Design, implement and support network infrastructure such as edge and core switching, telecommunications routers, enterprise wireless solutions, Unified Communications, and WANs.
  • Install, audit, present reports, investigate faults and provide rectifications; liaise and solve problems.
  • Act as an escalation support line for 2nd and 3rd level support.

Qualifications

  • Cisco, Juniper and/or Aruba certifications.
  • Strong LAN networking background.
  • Experience with low-level design and implementation.
  • Experience planning, designing and implementing networking and wireless projects for external customers as part of a Professional Services team.
  • Ability to undergo DBS clearance.
  • Completion of NPPV3 certification after probation.
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, aligning to one of the North West offices and able to expense to the other.
