Responsibilities:
- Production and verification of secure, complex solutions both within and outside compliance frameworks, including writing proposals and high‑level designs.
- Lead project implementation and provide continued customer consultation.
- Drive documentation and adoption of agreed standards within deployments.
- Understand the commercial impact of proposed solutions and assist customers and sales teams in selecting solutions that meet budget and expectations.
- Provide technical guidance on a range of products and solutions for diverse customer sizes and types.
- Act as a trusted adviser to customers by building knowledge of their environments.
- Drive and evangelise services capabilities to the customer base, differentiating through productised services, consulting capability and cloud expertise.
