Our client, a leading Infrastructure Private Equity firm with a focus across Core and Core+ Infrastructure assets in the UK & Europe, ticket size £40m - 200m, is searching for a Senior Associate to join their London team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investments. You will work closely with their senior investment professionals to assess new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio company value creation. The group has geographical coverage across Europe and focuses their investments across a range of industries within infrastructure & energy, namely, Social Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation & Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and model infrastructure investment opportunities
  • Lead aspects of due diligence and transaction execution
  • Support portfolio companies through analysis, monitoring, and value creation
