Infrassocs is a forward-thinking recruitment firm dedicated to delivering outstanding talent solutions across the investment sector. We support clients in the Infrastructure & Energy space including some of top Investment funds, Banks and Developers in the market. We launched in November 2024, as a sister business to One Search. Due to our high client demand and a very successful start we are looking to add another Recruitment Coordinator to our London team. This role will support Senior Consultants on the delivery of mandates. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, including remote and in-person arrangements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Manage job postings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms. Register candidates on our system. Support recruiters and hiring managers with initial CV screening and candidate communication. Respond to emails and LinkedIn messages related to general outreach. Ad hoc duties as required.
