As part of One Search, we leverage over 18 years of experience in the sustainable infrastructure space to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective recruitment solutions to our clients. Following our successful launch in November 2024, we are looking to expand our London team. We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in Infrastructure and Energy to join us as a Recruitment Associate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Assisting senior recruiters with research and candidate outreach
- Supporting process management
- Assisting with social media and marketing campaigns
- Assisting in production of materials - Market mapping, Newsletters, people move reports
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our CRM
- Plan and organize networking events
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A Bachelor’s degree
