Role Overview:
The group are seeking a Manager to join their growing Digital Infrastructure Asset Management team. This role will focus on the active management of investments such as fibre networks, data centres, and telecom assets, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial and operational performance of digital infrastructure assets
- Build and maintain relationships with operating partners, co-investors, and service providers
- Identify and drive value enhancement opportunities across the portfolio
- Support investment reporting, board papers, and performance updates
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and ESG requirements
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including refinancing and M&A support
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in asset management, infrastructure investment, or project finance
- Knowledge of digital infrastructure (e.g. fibre, data centres, telecom)
- Strong financial and commercial skills, including understanding of contracts and models
- Confident communicator and effective stakeholder manager
- Degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, engineering); professional qualifications a plus
