Due to large growth we are looking for another Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to join the Infrassocs London team. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic graduate/junior to join us on our growth journey. The London office has 25-30 people and the Infrassocs team is 12, spread across London and New York. We share an office with our sister company One Search.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience on Outlook, Excel and with coordination. You will also be keen to learn about the Infrastructure & Energy Investment Market or have prior experience here.

The role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Interview scheduling and management for roles based in the UK and across Europe
  • Management and coordination of our psychometric testing
  • Market Mapping and keeping these up to date
  • Managing inboxes
  • Managing and running our social channels
  • Newsletter production
  • Tracking People Moves in the Market
  • CRM updating and management
  • Support on producing candidate and client reports and decks
  • Event coordination / organisation
  • Any other ad hoc duties & calls

This role has the potential to develop into a Recruitment Associate position in the future if someone expressed interest here. We are looking for someone to get started asap. We can not sponsor visas.
