A global financial institution is seeking an Analyst to join its Energy Transition & Natural Resources team within Capital Markets, supporting financing and advisory activity across sectors such as renewables, energy infrastructure, and decarbonisation.
Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions
- Conduct market and industry analysis, including comparable transactions and investor activity
- Prepare pitchbooks, client presentations, and market update materials
- Build and maintain financial models and credit analysis to support transactions
- Coordinate with global investment banking and corporate banking teams
- Assist with internal reporting, governance, and committee materials
