The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and financing transactions, including valuation, modelling, and due diligence.
- Prepare client materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and investment memoranda.
- Support origination initiatives and sector coverage efforts through research and analysis.
- Manage junior team members and ensure high-quality output across workstreams.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to drive client relationships and deliver transaction excellence.
- Candidate Profile
- 3β5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and delivering under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
