We are partnering with a newly established value‐add infrastructure private equity fund that is actively building its European platform. Backed by a top‐tier team of seasoned investment professionals, the fund has already deployed significant capital across energy transition, digital infrastructure, sustainable mobility, and circular‐economy sectors, with strong momentum.

Opportunity

As an Associate, you will gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle – from origination and execution to portfolio management – working closely with the partners and senior team members. The role offers a high level of responsibility, direct involvement in live transactions, and the opportunity to contribute to shaping a fast‐growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

Support origination and execution of investments across energy, digital, transport, and sustainable infrastructure.

Build and review financial models, conduct valuation and market analysis, and contribute to due diligence.

Prepare investment materials for internal decision‐making.

Support active asset management, including monitoring portfolio performance and identifying value‐creation opportunities.

Contribute to wider business development and fundraising initiatives.

Candidate Profile

3‐6 years\’ experience in private equity, investment banking, infrastructure investing, or transaction advisory.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proven transaction experience.

A genuine interest in infrastructure and energy transition.

Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
