Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of direct investments across energy, transport, utilities, digital infrastructure, and renewables.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess investment opportunities.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including coordination of legal, tax, and technical advisors.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of Investment Committee materials.
- Support the ongoing management and monitoring of portfolio companies and co-investments.
- Conduct market research and contribute to the team’s long-term portfolio and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in infrastructure investing and/or M&A advisory in a leading investment bank.
- Strong transaction experience and understanding of private markets and infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in working within a growing, entrepreneurial team.
- Additional European language skills (e.g. French, German, Italian) are highly desirable.
