The Client: We are partnering with a leading Institutional Investor in infrastructure and renewable energy that is seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join their team in London. The fund targets equity and junior debt investments across core, core+ and value-add infrastructure, renewable energy and other adjacent sectors across Europe. The team in London has a significant capital deployment target and a large pipeline of potential investment opportunities.

  • Support due diligence and analysis for direct and fund investments, including financial performance review, investment characteristics, management assessment, and modelling.
  • Contribute to legal and tax workstreams.
  • Help prepare and present investment committee materials for proposed investments.
  • Assist with ongoing portfolio monitoring.
  • Support the bi-annual valuation process of direct and fund investments.
  • Participate in travel for due diligence or investment oversight when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience within a leading private equity / asset management firm, investment bank.
  • Strong demonstrated financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation skills.
  • Fluency or proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus.
