We are partnered with a leading global investment firm with over $60bn AUM. Following a highly successful year of deployment and fundraising, the firm is looking to add an Associate to its London-based Infrastructure team. The team has an established European mandate, investing across core, core+, and selective value-add infrastructure opportunities. The strategy spans energy transition, digital infrastructure, transport, and other essential real assets. As part of a lean and high-performing platform, the Associate will gain full lifecycle exposure across origination, execution, and active asset management.

The role:

  • Evaluate and screen new investment opportunities across Europe
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with advisers, management teams, and operating partners
  • Build and review complex financial models, valuations, and investment committee materials
  • Support value creation initiatives and ongoing portfolio monitoring across existing assets

Skills needed:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure, or Strategy Consulting
  • Exposure to infrastructure, energy transition, renewables, digital, or adjacent real asset sectors
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skill set
  • An additional European language would be viewed favourably
