Infrassocs is partnered with an established investment manager specialising in long‑term infrastructure and is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join its Social Infrastructure Asset Management team in London. The team manages a diverse portfolio of operational assets across sectors such as healthcare, education, housing, justice, and other essential public services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to gain hands‑on experience in asset management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a purpose-driven investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day‑to‑day asset management of a portfolio of social infrastructure investments
  • Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Monitor asset performance against financial, operational, and contractual targets
  • Help prepare internal reports, investment papers, and presentations for senior management and investors
  • Support contract management activities, including compliance with concession, financing, and service agreements
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as public sector clients, operators, advisers, and lenders
  • Contribute to value creation initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement across the portfolio
  • Assist with ESG, sustainability, and impact reporting related to social infrastructure assets

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A strong academic background (typically a degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related discipline)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modelling experience is desirable
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
