The Client A globally renowned Infrastructure Debt fund that is consistently ranked in the top 10 of the Global League Tables for Infrastructure Debt Asset Managers and have a strong track record of working across 16 countries. They are now looking for an Associate to join their successful team based in London. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new investment opportunities and assist in preparing investment committee papers. Support transaction execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, and documentation. Manage quarter-end reporting and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Address investor inquiries, consolidate responses, and manage ongoing reporting. Oversee existing investments, including reporting, waivers, and approvals. Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, borrowers, and stakeholders. Contribute to marketing efforts for new clients and infrastructure solutions. Assist with client reporting and review of infrastructure procedures. Candidate Requirements: Strong execution experience in project finance or infrastructure debt origination Experience in a wide range of infrastructure sub-sectors Robust financial analysis and transaction skills Strong financial modelling skills are required Detailed knowledge of the different investment document documentation and structures appropriate to the various sub-sectors Strong academic background, with an ability to work on your initiative but also in a team
