We are working with one of the leading Investment Bank and Financial Advisory firms within the Renewable Energy space. Due to their highly successful track record they are growing their team in London. As part of the team, you will get strong deal exposure and play a critical role in transaction execution and client advisory across the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution

  • Lead end-to-end M&A and capital raise processes
  • Own complex financial models (DCF, LBO) and capital structuring

Due Diligence & Legal

  • Manage all due diligence streams (Technical, Legal, Tax, Financial)
  • Coordinate with external advisors and support legal negotiations
  • Review key contracts and oversee Q&A

Marketing & Investor Relations

  • Develop investor materials (teasers, IMs, pitch decks)
  • Present models and pitches to clients and investors
  • Drive engagement and negotiation with investors and lenders

Key Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure transactions
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modelling
  • Willingness to travel often at short notice
