Location: UK-wide (site-based, hybrid & secondment roles)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + 28 days holiday plus bank holidays + private medical healthcare

We\’re working with a leading commercial consultancy that delivers expert support across major UK infrastructure projects, including HS2 (EKFB), Tideway, and a variety of high-value civil engineering schemes.
They’re now looking to bring in Senior Quantity Surveyors to support continued growth across their portfolio. This is a great opportunity for QS professionals with NEC experience who want long-term project stability, autonomy, and a hands-on role within respected client teams.
The role will involve:
- Leading commercial packages across major civils projects
- Managing applications for payment, variations, and final accounts
- Cost forecasting, reporting, and budget management
- NEC contract administration (Options C, E etc.)
- Supporting client-side reporting and mentoring junior QSs
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience with NEC contracts
- Ability to manage commercial tasks independently and confidently
- Good client-facing skills and commercial awareness
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
