We’re partnering with a growing infrastructure consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Planner to support major UK infrastructure programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner who wants to work in a client-facing consultancy environment who specialises working with tier one contractor clients offering real influence on programmes.
You’ll play a key role in shaping each dedicated programme, supporting senior stakeholders, and contributing to successful delivery across complex projects.
The Role- Develop and maintain integrated programmes under NEC4 contracts
- Build and manage Primavera P6 schedules, including cost-loading where required
- Support programme change management, delay analysis, and impact assessments
- Produce clear, high-quality reporting for client and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with delivery and commercial teams
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning
- Support programme assurance and best practice development
- Strong background in infrastructure or civil engineering planning
- Experience working for or alongside principal contractors
- Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts
- Confident communicator with some client-facing exposure
- Commercially aware and detail-oriented
This role would suit an established Senior Planner or an experienced Planner ready to step into a broader consultancy position with progression opportunities.
