What You’ll Do
- Pre-Contract Phase: Support FEED with cost estimates, budgeting, and risk assessments
- Post-Contract Phase: Lead forecasting, cost control, and commercial reporting
- Contract Management: Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including variations and compensation events
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of both pre- and post-contract phases
- Practical knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Full UK driver’s license (preferred)
