We’re partnering with an award-winning consultancy delivering essential programmes within the UK water sector. They’re looking for a PMO Specialist to support governance, reporting, and performance monitoring across a portfolio of high-impact capital works.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting programme and project delivery teams with governance frameworks
• Coordinating reporting cycles, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Ensuring compliance with delivery standards and processes
• Assisting with risk, issue, and change control procedures
• Engaging stakeholders across engineering, project controls, and delivery
• Reviewing project performance trends and helping drive programme efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
️ Experience working on capital programmes of work
️ PMO / project support background in infrastructure or utilities
️ Strong Primavera P6 awareness – able to review and summarise key schedule trends
️ Confidence in KPI development and performance reporting
️ Understanding of NEC contracts
️ Awareness of APM principles and delivery methodologies
️ Skilled in MS Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools
️ Effective stakeholder engagement and self-driven mindset
