What You’ll Do
- Lead planning activities across NEC4-governed projects, from development to completion.
- Develop, maintain, and cost-load robust programmes in Primavera P6.
- Manage change processes, EOTs, and compensation events in line with NEC4.
- Lead programme reviews and provide commercial guidance on delays, disruption, and risk.
- Deliver high-quality dashboards and insights using tools such as Power BI.
- Facilitate collaborative planning workshops across multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct risk-based assessments, highlighting potential H&S impacts.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean planning initiatives to enhance delivery performance.
Who You Are
- You’re a highly experienced planner looking to take full ownership of infrastructure programme delivery.
- You bring a strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure (highways, rail, utilities, major civils).
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and NEC3/NEC4 processes.
- Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to claims or impact assessments.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for driving planning excellence and consistency across delivery teams.
