Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Renewable Energy (Post-Contract) Salary: £40,000 -50,000 + bonus (up to 50% based on company and personal performance) and full benefits package Location: Exeter (on site) About the Role: We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding renewable energy developer that’s delivering a diverse portfolio of UK-based infrastructure projects. Clear Growth Path – Join a well-funded developer at a pivotal stage of expansion Key responsibilities Delivery Phase Manage cost forecasting, cost control, and change management processes Collaborate closely with Project Managers and engineers to maintain robust commercial oversight Contract Management Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts Manage compensation events, variations, and associated commercial reporting Stakeholder Collaboration Work collaboratively with engineering, finance, and supply chain teams Support effective project delivery through strong commercial input What You’ll Need A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within civils, infrastructure, or energy sectors Solid working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract phases A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction or commercial discipline Join the Renewable Energy Revolution!
