We're seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a growing project controls team supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware planner who understands the importance of programme management beyond scheduling and is comfortable working closely with project delivery and commercial teams on complex projects.
As a Project Planner, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and analysing project programmes while supporting project teams with planning, change control and programme performance.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6
- Identifying and analysing programme risks, delays and opportunities
- Working closely with commercial and project teams to ensure programme integrity
- Carrying out critical path and schedule impact analysis
- Supporting NEC contract requirements through robust programme management
- Engaging with clients, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
5+ years' experience in a planning role
- Experience working for or alongside Tier 1 contractors on major infrastructure projects
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how programmes support project outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to challenge, influence and support project teams where required
