Project Controls Professionals (All Levels) London | Hybrid Working £A leading consultancy specialising in project controls and programme delivery is seeking Project Controls professionals across all experience levels to support a growing portfolio of major UK programmes. This is an opportunity to join a consultancy where project controls is at the heart of programme success. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on complex projects, helping clients improve visibility, manage performance, and make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Whether your background is in planning, cost, risk, reporting, or programme controls, this role offers exposure to challenging projects and genuine opportunities for career progression. As part of a growing Project Controls team, you will support the successful delivery of major programmes through the application of robust controls processes, performance analysis, and programme reporting. Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, planners, and client stakeholders, you will provide the information and insight required to drive project performance and support effective decision-making. The role offers broad exposure across project controls disciplines and the chance to develop within a highly collaborative consultancy environment. Support the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Assist with cost management, forecasting, and performance measurement activities Produce project controls reports, dashboards, and management information Monitor programme performance and identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities Support risk management, change control, and governance processes Analyse project data and provide meaningful insights to delivery teams and stakeholders Collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams to support successful programme outcomes Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes and methodologies We are interested in professionals from entry level through to senior level who are passionate about project delivery and programme performance. Project Controls Planning & Scheduling Cost Engineering Risk Management Performance Reporting Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering, defence, energy, transport, or major project environments Knowledge of NEC contracts and structured project delivery frameworks Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline would be advantageous but is not essential. 40,000 – £100,000 salary depending on experience and level ~ Flexible hybrid working arrangement ~ Structured development across planning, cost, risk, reporting, and controls disciplines ~ Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy ~ Ongoing training, professional development, and mentorship ~ If you're looking to develop your career within Project Controls and want to work on complex, high-profile programmes where you can make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
