Our client is an ambitious professional services consultancy, expanding their Digital Project Controls team to help clients transform how they plan, monitor, and deliver programmes and portfolios.
This is a client-facing role, supporting major infrastructure and public-sector programmes from inception, helping organisations define what they want to track, how to monitor progress, and which digital tools and platforms to use.
The Role
- Work with clients at the earliest stage of programmes to understand objectives, outcomes, and reporting needs
- Advise on P3M frameworks and how they can be applied digitally
- Design and implement project controls solutions across cost, schedule, risk, and performance
- Recommend and deploy digital platforms and reporting tools (PPM, scheduling, cost systems, BI dashboards)
- Support business change and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are adopted effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor across programme and project teams
- At senior levels, support capability growth, mentoring, and team leadership
About You
- We’re looking to speak to professionals with:
- Experience in Project Controls consulting or advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of P3M principles and frameworks
- Experience working directly with clients at programme inception
- Familiarity with digital project controls platforms:
- PPM systems
- Scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Cost management platforms
- Data visualisation / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
