We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.

Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 45+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started. We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy. We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers. We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination. Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.

What are we building? We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in a specific region by ensuring that marketing strategies are relevant, effective, and aligned with corporate goals. Acting as the local market expert, helping to build brand recognition, generate leads, and support the regional sales team in meeting revenue targets. Driving regional marketing initiatives and positioning the company as a thought leader in the UK&I, this person will need to be a strategic thinker and excellent project manager, ready to grow our community (both online and offline) while planning and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with global marketing objectives and regional market needs. It should also be a hands-on marketeer who can work closely with cross-functional teams and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

What will you do?

  • Research and gain an in-depth understanding of the industry, including market trends and competitive landscape and our clients.
  • Develop a solid regional marketing strategy and drive initiatives that enhance brand awareness and credibility in the region.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships.
  • Design and execute regional marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
  • Grow our regional community.
  • Provide the sales team with relevant marketing support and collaborate on strategies to target high-value accounts.
  • Engage with regional customers and develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and retention in the region.
  • Track performance and optimise initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate revenue and growth targets.
  • Keep learning: learn new methods, frameworks, and technologies – don’t be afraid of trying something new.
  • Be a team-player.

Who are we looking for?

  • +5 years of experience in a Marketing Team (SaaS Industry).
  • Relevant experience with project management and partnership programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Critical thinking and proactivity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • A great sense of autonomy, organisation, and teamwork.
  • Great time-management skills, and the ability to prioritise while managing multiple projects at a time.
  • The curiosity to research new topics and learn new things every day.
  • To research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of your markets in order to deliver quality, tailored messages to each of the market segments.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • A healthy balance between creative and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • A positive mindset and a good sense of humour.

What do we offer?

  • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.
  • Competitive salary and perks.
  • Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.
  • A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field.
  • A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them.
  • Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
