Our client are an infrastructure investor looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support the successful delivery and operation of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The role will focus on managing SPV/Project Co obligations across both construction and operational phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially, and in line with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial, operational, and contractual activities across infrastructure projects.
- Act as the key liaison between Project Co, clients, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Monitor project delivery, programme performance, risk, change, and compliance.
- Support construction, commissioning, operations, and lifecycle management activities.
- Manage subcontractor and third-party performance against contractual obligations.
- Review payment mechanisms, performance standards, deductions, and commercial reporting.
- Lead project reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Support resolution of project issues, disputes, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and project procedures.
