Overview

Our client are a leading infrastructure investor with a diverse portfolio of assets. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their team. They are looking for an experienced PFI Senior Technical Asset Manager to oversee Hard FM compliance, technical performance, lifecycle delivery, and contractor management across a portfolio of PFI/PPP projects. Reporting to the Senior General Manager, the successful candidate will act as the technical lead for Hard Services, ensuring statutory compliance, operational performance, and effective stakeholder management across project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Hard FM service delivery and subcontractor performance across PFI projects.
  • Monitor statutory, mandatory, and contractual compliance through regular audits and performance reviews.
  • Lead on lifecycle projects, variations, small works, and technical issue resolution.
  • Support handback planning and asset management activities.
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure service standards are maintained.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support commercial management, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience within PFI/PPP, Hard FM, Estates, or Technical Asset Management.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.
  • Experience managing contractors and compliance within FM environments.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
