The Opportunity
\n
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PFI Senior Commercial Manager / Associate Director to join a growing infrastructure and asset management team supporting a diverse portfolio of PFI/PPP assets across the UK.
\n
\n
This role will focus on commercial management, variations management, PFI expiry, contract support, stakeholder engagement, and resolving complex operational and contractual matters across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial matters including variations, bench-marking, market testing, and dispute resolution.
- Support with PFI hand-back
- Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams and project stakeholders.
- Review and interpret project agreements and contractual obligations.
- Support project governance, reporting, and commercial risk management.
- Attend project and SPV Board meetings where required.
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain commercial reporting and issue tracking.

About You
\n
- \n
- Proven commercial management experience within PFI/PPP, infrastructure, construction.
- Currently working for an SPV, FM, Sponsor / Developer or Consultancy Practice.
- Knowledge of PFI hand-back.
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
