PFI Project Manager
£45K - £55K, 20% bonus, pension scheme, private medical and hybrid working
Our client are an infrastructure investor looking to recruit a project manager to oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple building reconfiguration capital projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage variation projects.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with stakeholders.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware and support project
- Support project briefs and budget estimations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects.
- Manage technical, financial, legal, and procedural aspects.
- Direct and advise Project Managers/Construction Managers.
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
- Align approvals and development processes with stakeholders.
- Appoint and manage contractors and consultants.
- Monitor and report project status and progress.
Person Specification:
- Relevant Qualification (building surveying, project management, construction management)
- Solid understanding of PFI/PPP contracts
- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organised and tenacious with a can do attitude
