An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing infrastructure and asset management environment supporting a portfolio of PFI/PPP projects across the UK.
This role will focus on:
- Commercial management
- Variations management
- PFI expiry
- Contract support
- Stakeholder engagement
- Resolving complex operational and contractual matters across live projects
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage commercial matters including variations, benchmarking, market testing, and dispute resolution
- Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams and project stakeholders
- Review and interpret project agreements and contractual obligations
- Support project governance, reporting, and commercial risk management
- Attend project and SPV board meetings where required
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Maintain commercial reporting and issue tracking
Requirements:
- Proven commercial management experience within PFI/PPP, infrastructure, construction, or FM sectors
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
