An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing infrastructure and asset management environment supporting a portfolio of PFI/PPP projects across the UK.

This role will focus on:

  • Commercial management
  • Variations management
  • PFI expiry
  • Contract support
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Resolving complex operational and contractual matters across live projects

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage commercial matters including variations, benchmarking, market testing, and dispute resolution
  • Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams and project stakeholders
  • Review and interpret project agreements and contractual obligations
  • Support project governance, reporting, and commercial risk management
  • Attend project and SPV board meetings where required
  • Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain commercial reporting and issue tracking

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial management experience within PFI/PPP, infrastructure, construction, or FM sectors
  • Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk
  • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
