  • Support the origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and review complex project finance and investment financial models.
  • Perform valuation analyses, scenario modelling, sensitivity testing, and financial due diligence.
  • Prepare investment papers, investment committee memoranda, board materials, and internal approval documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial, financial, legal, technical, tax, and ESG due diligence processes alongside external advisors.
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution of key commercial and financing agreements.
  • Review and provide input into legal, commercial, technical, and financial documentation.
  • Support portfolio management activities, including performance monitoring, refinancing initiatives, and strategic value creation opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior management, lenders, advisors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as required.

  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience gained within an infrastructure fund, project finance team, investment bank, advisory firm, developer, utility, or similar investment environment.
  • Demonstrable experience working on infrastructure transactions, investments, financings, or project developments within the water, environmental services, renewable energy, power, energy-from-waste, or PPP sectors.
  • Strong project finance modelling experience, including development and review of complex financial models.
  • Experience preparing investment committee papers, board presentations, and transaction approval materials.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across complex transactions.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
