We are seeking Technical Product Managers to join our team supporting enterprise client initiatives in the London and Burgess Hill area. In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business stakeholders, technical architecture, and engineering teams to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of modern digital products and platforms. You will lead product strategy definition, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and detailed user story mapping within an Agile delivery setup, ensuring seamless collaboration across global execution teams and end-client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with business leads and client executives to define product vision, build release roadmaps, and align scope with strategic business goals.
- Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog; break down broad business epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Agile Execution & Delivery: Collaborate closely with Scrum teams, UX/UI designers, solution architects, and engineering leads throughout sprint cycles to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Technical Integration & APIs: Work alongside technical leads to understand system architecture, data models, and API integrations, translating technical complexities into actionable product requirements.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate product discovery workshops, sprint demos, and Steering Committee updates for cross-functional stakeholders across London and Burgess Hill locations.
- UAT & Launch Management: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), establish release readiness criteria, and guide product deployments and adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Product Management Depth: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner managing enterprise software solutions or modern digital platforms.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Hands-on expertise with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) managing epics, user stories, roadmaps, and sprint ceremonies.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to converse seamlessly with engineers regarding APIs, cloud infrastructure, backend integrations, and data flows.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Demonstrated success acting as a trusted consultant and liaison between client business leaders and global delivery teams.
- Problem Solving & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing metrics, user feedback, and market/product requirements to optimize solutions.
