Role Overview
The MOSA Partner for Microsoft 365 Apps and Services leverages deep expertise to lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. This role provides technical expertise to support customers modernise their environment and move to cloud-based solutions. This role operates under the Microsoft Outsourced Services Agreement (MOSA) framework.
Description of Role
- Key technical resource for customers.
- Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments and providing expert guidance.
- Join a highly motivated team of leading industry experts.
- Gain early access to emerging technologies ahead of industry peers and acquire insights on leveraging them effectively.
- Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.

- M365 productivity apps including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clip champ, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Co-pilot
- Additional desired skills: SharePoint Online
Technical Experience
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.
- Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.
Role Requirements
- Fluent English oral and written communication.
- Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
- Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.
- The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
