We have an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Production Department as a Search Analyst/Property Report Assistant! This role is to undertake the completion of InfoTrack Regulated Local Authority Searches, from a variety of data sources, without necessitating a physical visit to the Local Authority. You will be required to accurately input compiled data using a bespoke template to create a legal document called a Regulated Local Authority Search, which is one of the reports a purchaser requires when buying a property. The successful candidate will also fulfil a variety of administrative roles contributing to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators within the Production Team.
Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)
- Using websites, databases and documentation obtained direct from Local Authorities (such as Planning/Building Control property histories, Local Plan Constraints) to compile a Regulated Local Authority Search, being mindful that attention to detail is vital at every stage.
- To provide advice and assistance to other team members on technical matters relating to the RLAS product, and proactively finding solutions as issues arise.
- Communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Managing workload: Effectively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently using the ability to multi-task. Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Technical/Professional Knowledge: Good geographical knowledge. Possess proficient PC skills, with a good knowledge on Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated teamwork skills including the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Building Trusted Relationships: Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with external partners and internal colleagues; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives confidence.
- Extremely accurate, meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and methodical, self-sufficient and proactive, adaptable and resourceful.
