Do you know how to turn complex B2B propositions into campaigns that win new clients and strengthen existing client relationships? Are you looking for a role where your marketing can directly influence commercial growth?
Our Marketing team plays a central role in connecting our products with the law firms and legal professionals who use them. As B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll work across InfoTrack and Perfect Portal, bringing together our New Business, Client Onboarding, Compliance and Consumer Platform propositions through clear, commercially focused marketing.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced, commercially minded B2B marketer who can understand different audiences and propositions, then turn them into campaigns that acquire new law firms, support successful onboarding and help maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
About InfoTrack & Perfect Portal:
InfoTrack is a market-leading provider of technology solutions for the conveyancing industry, helping law firms deliver a best-in-class service to people buying and selling homes. Perfect Portal is a leading digital platform that connects conveyancers, estate agents and their clients, helping to streamline the home-moving journey through better communication, transparency and digital collaboration.
Working across both brands, you’ll help bring their propositions to market in a joined-up way - making it easier for our audiences to understand the value we offer and helping drive growth across the businesses. Together, InfoTrack and Perfect Portal are transforming the way technology supports the property and legal sectors. As our market share continues to grow, so does the demand for innovative digital experiences that simplify complex processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and own a clear B2B marketing plan aligned with acquisition, revenue, retention and product-adoption goals
- Plan and deliver targeted campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified opportunities with law firms
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, nurture prospects and support pipeline progression
- Create clear propositions, messaging and content across New Business (Perfect Portal), Client Onboarding (eCOS) and Compliance (AML & Risk)
- Develop lifecycle marketing activity that helps maintain, deepen and grow relationships with existing law-firm clients
- Support product adoption, cross-sell, retention and advocacy through relevant client communications and campaigns
- Build a strong B2B story for My Legal Journey and create firm-facing materials that support adoption of the consumer app
- Use client insight, CRM data and campaign performance to measure results, identify opportunities and improve activity
- Manage one Marketing Assistant and coordinate shared digital marketing, event management and design resources to deliver high-quality work on time
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Strong B2B marketing experience, with a proven record of delivering commercially focused campaigns
- Experience supporting both new-client acquisition and the growth or retention of existing client relationships
- The ability to turn complex products and compliance-led subject matter into clear, engaging messaging
- Experience planning and delivering integrated campaigns across channels such as digital, content, email, events and sales enablement
- A good understanding of CRM and client-lifecycle marketing, with the confidence to use data and insight to improve results
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and experience working closely with Sales, Product and client-facing teams
- People-management or coaching experience, with the ability to develop an early-career marketer
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience within legal technology, conveyancing, SaaS, professional services or the marketing of regulated or compliance-related products
- Knowledge of account-based marketing or segment-led campaign planning
- Experience supporting a consumer app or B2B2C proposition
Working Hours:
Your working week will be 37.5 hours, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm. Hybrid working is available after probation from our London, Leeds or Southport office. This is not a remote role.
Salary and Progression:
Competitive, based on your skills and experience. Annual performance reviews provide a clear pathway for career development and salary progression.
Benefits and Rewards:
At InfoTrack and Perfect Portal, we believe in rewarding our people and creating a positive workplace culture. You’ll benefit from:
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Flexible working options, including hybrid working and flexitime after probation
- Private health insurance, including dental, optical and hearing cashback
- 24/7 health advice line and access to virtual GP appointments
- Office snacks, including fruit and refreshments
- Regular team breakfasts and lunches
- “Work From Anywhere” weeks: work remotely from a location of your choice
- Referral bonus: earn up to £2,000 for successful referrals
- Birthday and work anniversary gifts
- Regular social events including summer and Christmas parties, hikes, pub quizzes and more
