We're looking for a data-driven HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, optimisation and continual improvement of our HubSpot CRM and digital marketing systems.

About InfoTrack

InfoTrack is a market-leading provider of technology solutions for the conveyancing industry, helping law firms deliver a best-in-class service to people buying and selling homes. As our market share continues to grow, so does the need for reliable marketing automation, accurate data and clear commercial insight. That's why we're strengthening our Marketing team to ensure HubSpot supports scalable campaigns, effective lead management and better decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CRM.
  • Manage data properties, pipelines and object architecture, maintaining data quality through regular audits, deduplication and cleansing.
  • Build and manage automation workflows across the buyer journey, from lead capture and nurture through to scoring and sales handover.
  • Set up and quality-check email campaigns, landing pages, forms and calls to action in line with brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain lead-scoring models in partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Build dashboards and reports covering campaign performance, pipeline contribution, funnel conversion and content return on investment.
  • Work with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to improve lead handover and align marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.
  • Train and support internal users, while staying up to date with HubSpot product developments and recommending improvements.

What we're looking for

Essential:
  • At least three years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub within a B2B SaaS, technology or professional services business.
  • Proven experience building and troubleshooting automation workflows, lead-scoring models and email or landing-page campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of CRM data structures, list segmentation and data-hygiene best practice.
  • Confidence building dashboards and reporting on campaign and funnel performance within HubSpot, GA4 or a similar platform.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales and RevOps.
Desirable (but not essential):
  • HubSpot certifications across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub or reporting.
  • Experience improving CRM governance, integrations or wider revenue-operations processes.

Working Hours

Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am - 5:30pm. This role is based in our Waterloo office three days per week, with up to two days working from home.

Salary and Progression

Competitive salary, depending on your experience. You’ll also benefit from annual performance reviews, providing a clear pathway for career development and salary progression.

Benefits and Rewards

At InfoTrack, we believe in rewarding our people and creating a positive workplace culture. You’ll benefit from:

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Flexible working options, including hybrid working after probation
  • Private health insurance, including dental, optical and hearing cashback
  • 24/7 health advice line and access to virtual GP appointments
  • In-house barista: enjoy freshly brewed drinks throughout the day
  • Office snacks, including fruit and refreshments
  • Regular team breakfasts and lunches
  • “Work From Anywhere” weeks: work remotely from a location of your choice
  • Birthday and work anniversary gifts
  • Regular social events including summer and Christmas parties, hikes, pub quizzes and more

If you're looking to build your career as a HubSpot specialist while taking ownership of a business-critical platform and working with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
