Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients in need of IT services.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations that address client challenges and objectives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and forecast reports within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Infotel UK’s services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in IT services sales with consistently achieved or exceeded targets.
- Strong experience in Managed Services within an IT Consultancy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand complex IT solutions and translate them into client benefits.
