Duties
- - Serve a contract assignment under Info Tech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
- - provide on-going support to HA network including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, management and monitoring various network devices and services (e. g.
- VPN, DNS, proxy and firewall);
- - assist in procurement, monitoring and management of outsourced contractors in network support and implementation;
- - provide technical advice to supervisor and management on matters relating to HA network; and
- - perform support tasks as designated by the supervisor.
Requirements - at least four years of proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty, i. e. implementation or on-going support of physical network, Local Area Network or Wide Area Network infrastructure; and
- - hands-on experience in technical support on network devices and services (e. g. VPN, DNS, proxy and firewall)
- - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- - At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
